Handok’s acne treatment brand Clearteen has launched the Dermacosmetic brand ClearT& and introduced the “ClearT& Derma SOS Relief Patch.” The “ClearT& Derma SOS Relief Patch” delivers active ingredients directly to the skin using micro-needles as thin as one-third the thickness of a hair strand for focused skin soothing care.

The “ClearT& Derma SOS Relief Patch” is a 1.35cm diameter hydrocolloid circular patch with protruding micro-needles containing active ingredients. When attached, the micro-needles dissolve, allowing the active ingredients to be absorbed directly by the skin. The “ClearT& Derma SOS Relief Patch” contains 0.5% Salicylic Acid (BHA), the maximum amount allowed in cosmetics, and also includes Panthenol, Centella Asiatica Extract, and Allantoin for moisturizing and calming effects. It is recommended to leave the patch on for a sufficient time to allow the active ingredients to be absorbed.

The micro-needles applied in the “ClearT& Derma SOS Relief Patch” use the latest patented technology from Lapas. This technology improves the convenience of use by addressing the issues of needle clumping and residue when the patch is removed. Additionally, the product has completed human application tests suitable for acne-prone skin, including changes in skin sebum, skin moisturization, and skin calming (redness), as well as a skin hypoallergenic test.
