Handok Inc. announced its exhibition of the hangover cure drinks Ready-Q and Ready-Q-Chu at the 98th Spring National Liquor Trade Fair held in Chengdu, China from March 22nd through the 24th.

Handok Inc. attended the fair to promote the brand to people in the food, beverage and liquor businesses in China and around the world through various activities including installation of Ready-Q and Ready-Q-Chu booths and product testing events. Key to its export drive has been the completion of CIQ permission for Ready-Q-Chu for direct export to China last year and is now processing the CIQ for Ready-Q-Drink. The company expects to accelerate targeting the Chinese hangover cure market starting with this event.

During the event, which was held for four days with no fewer than 3,100 companies from 40 countries participating, attracted a total of 370,000 attendees thus living up to its reputation as China’s oldest large-scale exhibition.

Meanwhile, Korea’s first jelly-type hangover cure, Ready-Q-Chu, has been introduced by Chinese Power Blogger Wang Hong as a mandatory item to purchase when visiting Korea, and as a result has gained popularity in China with the name Jiě jiǔ táng (解酒糖), which means hangover cure candy.
